POPIA & enquiry consent
Submitting an RMS website form means you are asking RMS to contact you about the selected service or enquiry. Production forms should state why information is collected, how it will be used and provide a practical route for privacy-related requests.
Cookie consent
The current RMS website states that cookies are used to improve the website experience and gives visitors Accept, Reject and Preferences controls. Essential cookies support core site functions. The current cookie-preference record is shown as storing the visitor's consent preferences for 30 days.
Website terms of use
Website information helps customers understand RMS services, branch options and next steps. It is general guidance and does not replace a workshop inspection or diagnostic process when one is required. Service availability, repair scope and completion time may depend on the vehicle and workshop findings.
Bookings, quotes & repair approval
An online booking or enquiry is a request for workshop contact. Final repair pricing may require inspection or diagnostics. Additional work should be explained and approved through the relevant RMS branch before it proceeds.
Third-party services
The production website may use approved analytics, advertising measurement, maps and communication services. Those services should respect the customer's consent choices and the final RMS privacy implementation. The maps shown in this prototype are presentation mock-ups and are not live Google Maps.
